1. Definitions
1.1. Customer: any individual or legal entity purchasing media offered by the SHARED.MEDIA Portal.
1.2. Seller: SHARED.MEDIA, providing a service on behalf of third parties for the sale of multimedia content through the portal.
1.3. Media: the multimedia content offered by the Seller through the SHARED.MEDIA portal.
1.4. Contract: the agreement between the Customer and the Seller for the purchase and sale of media.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
2.1. Submitting an order through the SHARED.MEDIA portal implies the Customer's full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2.2. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale prevail over any general purchasing conditions of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
3. Object of the Contract
3.1. The Contract concerns the sale of multimedia files and services described on the SHARED.MEDIA portal.
4. Purchase Methods
4.1. The media offered are viewable as previews on the portal.
4.2. The Customer selects the desired media and completes the order by following the procedure indicated on the portal.
4.3. The order is considered accepted only when the Customer receives an order confirmation from the Seller.
5. Prices and Payments
5.1. The prices of the media are indicated on the portal and are expressed in Euro (€).
5.2. Payment can be made through the methods indicated on the portal. Payment is considered complete only when the amount due is credited to the Seller's account.
5.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the applicable price will be the one indicated at the time of the order.
6. Delivery of Media
6.1. The purchased media can be downloaded from the portal immediately after receiving the purchase confirmation email. These times are indicative and not binding.
6.2. The Seller will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of Products or the provision of Services due to force majeure or events beyond the Seller's control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content provided via non-material support, the Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts that:

With the start of the download or streaming of the purchased digital content, the Customer loses the right of withdrawal.

Before purchase and the start of the download or streaming, the Customer is informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal and must give explicit consent to the commencement of the contract execution.

The Customer confirms having received pre-contractual information regarding the absence of the right of withdrawal.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

The supply of digital content (such as software, e-books, music, videos, etc.) via non-material support, once execution has started with the Customer's explicit consent and acknowledgment that they would lose the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranties and Assistance
8.1. In case the media have defects such as severe blurriness or digital reproduction errors, the Customer is entitled to request a version free of the aforementioned defect, at no additional cost. If the purchased content is unavailable without such defects, the Customer may request content of the same value. If this is also unavailable, a refund can be requested.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Seller will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the provided media.
9.2. In any case, the Seller's liability is limited to the value of the Customer's order.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. The Customer's personal data will be processed in accordance with the data protection regulations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the portal.
11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
11.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The changes will be effective from the moment of publication on the portal.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
12.2. For any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the court of Trento will have jurisdiction.
